Sizing

Make sure the cap fits! Choosing the right size cap is important to ensure that it is comfortable, not too loose or too tight. 

Use a soft tape measure and position it around your head, mid-forehead and just above the ears. Take the measurement in centimetres or inches and find your size on the sizing chart.

We manufacture caps from size 58 up to size 62. Less popular sizes, such as 54, 55, 56,57, 64 & 65 can be made to order upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Some of our caps are now available in flexi-fit. These caps have an elasticated back so that they fit a range of head sizes.

Delivery & Shipping

UK Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and we use their “1st Class Signed-For” service which means deliveries across the UK are tracked and insured. In most cases you will receive your item within one working day although you must allow up to 3 business days for certain parts of the Scottish Highlands and other areas where the postal service is reduced. We have a 3pm cut-off period where we aim to despatch your order the same day if you place it before this time. This is not always possible so we aim for next day shipping on all stock items.

UK Standard Delivery Charge is a flat rate £5 for the 1st class signed for service. This includes a heavy duty mailer to help ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

International Delivery

We ship to any destination worldwide, with many customers in New Zealand, Japan, USA and Australia, as well as across Europe. As with our UK mailing service, we use Royal Mail to dispatch our products. Depending where in the world your order is being sent, we expect it to arrive within 7-10 working days.

Our international delivery charges can vary, depending on location but rest assured, we will make it as cost effective as we can for a 1^st class service!
